tata docomo some people of help desk is very hope less.

The solution is you need to do some profile changes in your mobile/Laptop modem/Dongle application & it is as follows;

apn = tata.Docomo.Internethvc
dial no = *99#
network mode = wcdma
and your mobile balance should be greater than one rupees.
